Changes since Manux 0.0.1 :

 - Improved the handling of some hard drives in the ide driver;
 - Fixed a minor bug in the sph;
 - Removed some dead code and unused declarations in several modules;
 - Started the English translation of the operating system (unfinished);
 - Increased the kernel version to 0.0.2;
 - Fixed a bug in pupresdeps;
 - Increased pupresdeps' version to 0.0.2;
 - Fixed the version number of patch_kernel;
 - Adapted some packages to the new name revo_dir.

All in all, this is an intermediary release. I'm supposed to show the system to
other people Saturday, Sep 7, and needed a new version so that they could see,
try, and discuss the latest improvements; but otherwise, I would have continued
hacking it until the translation was finished.
